Nation branding for countries other than your own could either turn out as a disaster - since one is not familiar with local culture - or it could be good, since one takes on a 'detached' approach. In the case of Ghana, I suppose there would be one single and final criteria, and that would be 'Alive'. Other compulsory fundamentals would be the Black Star.
